Dropshipping Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. This processing time allows us to forward the order details to our suppliers and prepare your package for shipment.

 

Shipping Methods

We provide two shipping options for your convenience:

  1. Standard Shipping (Free): Orders using standard shipping will be delivered within 14 to 20 business days after the processing time. This option comes with no additional charge and is perfect for customers who prefer cost-effective shipping.

  2. Fast Delivery (Extra Charge Applies): For customers who wish to receive their orders more quickly, we offer a fast delivery option at an additional cost. Fast delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after the processing time, ensuring you receive your jewellery sooner.

 

Shipping Costs

The standard shipping option is free of charge for all orders. However, for customers who opt for the fast delivery option, a shipping fee will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package

 

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon importation. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs policies to avoid any unexpected charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

At EveryJewellery, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery pieces to our valued customers. We take great care in ensuring that each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a jewellery item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support team immediately within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid return label for a free return.

 

15-Day Return Period

In addition to damaged or faulty products, we also accept returns for other reasons within 15 days of the delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewellery piece must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Any jewellery that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team through [contact details], providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. For damaged or faulty products, please include photos to expedite the process.

  2. Prepaid Return Label (For Damaged or Faulty Products): For damaged or faulty products, our customer support team will provide you with a prepaid return label. Print the label and securely package the jewellery item with all original accessories and documentation.

  3. Return Shipping (For Reasons Other Than Damaged or Faulty): If you wish to return the jewellery item for reasons other than damage or fault, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. For damaged or faulty products, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. For other returns, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Custom Jewellery

Custom-made or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item is damaged upon receipt.

Rings

Once purchased, rings are non-refundable; please adhere to the measuring guidelines.
